Recently I attended the yearly sales kickoff for a company I’m currently doing sales for. 

One of the new guns on my team pointed out my unique approach to selling which has resulted in a large amount of success for myself;

“For my training I usually listen to everyone else call prospects, and it’s either boring or just annoying. But then there is you over in Australia; cock out, balls on the table, buy my product you bunch of cunts!” 

I laughed hard because he’s 100% accurate. 

When I call a prospect, even if it’s the CEO of a multi billion dollar company - I really do give zero fucks about both their opinion of me AND the outcome of the call. 

Here’s what I’ve got. Here’s what problems it solves. Here’s who we work with. You interested, or not? 

Because 80% of my calls are into a completely cold market, I cut straight through the shit and literally slam my cock n balls onto the table for everyone to get a good look at. 

“Here it is, you like it or not?!” 

They either say fuck yes, or they say go away. 

It gets to the point and it avoids playing games on the phone with someone who is only interested in wasting my time. 

Of course I don’t LITERALLY swear at them or have my cock out while on the phone - but I take a very ballsy approach that separates me from the 37 million other cunts out there chasing my prey.

As a general overview my perspective on sales is built around one simple rule; 

~ There are only x amount of people in the marketplace for any given product or service that are willing to hand over there money right NOW! ~

So based off my friends thoughts and my success, I’ve decided to invent a new sales methodology called the Cock ‘n’ Balls Mindset; an approach that leverages human psychology and creates a strong frame that YOU control and bring the prospect into. 

Maybe I’ll even write a book about it and go on live TV to get told I’m sexist and toxic by some fat bitch with green hair.

It’s 2022 - anything could happen!

But for now you’re going to get the basics of my mindset and some practical steps you can take immediately to improve you sales game.

Fundamentals of The Cock ‘n’ Balls Mindset.

Number One; Woo Sah Motherfuckar!

Step Number One - relax man.

Overthinking and not being relaxed is the number one killer of quality phone calls and sales meetings. 

You care too much about the outcome, what people think, how you sound, all that silly mortal shit. 

What you need to do is BE INDIFFERENT! 

Honestly; who gives a shit what happens.

They either want what you have and will spend their money or they can fuck off and stop wasting your time. 

For the majority of my phone calls I am either smoking a cigar, playing with my bowie knife or doing something else that helps me relax. 

I’m calm like a cucumber, a professional like Leon, and simply indifferent on the phone - prospects sense this. 

“This guy is cool, who is he, where is he from?” 

I honestly imagine I am calling my little sister or my mum; it helps you establish a powerful frame where YOU are the one who holds the status and not the prospect. 

So first things first learn how to relax because a successful cold call is no different than busting a nut. 

If you’re all stressed out and thinking too much - forget it.

Go get some coffee, slap yourself in the face and come back when you’re not being an autistic cunt.


Number Two; Disqualify ruthlessly

Remember what I said earlier? 

There are only X amount of people in the marketplace who are ready and willing to buy what you have right NOW - these are the prospects that get you paid. 

Unless your sales role is commission only closing where people come to you, you must sift through a whole bunch of shit to find the chunks of gold that transmute into your bank account getting larger. 

Naturally this means the faster you can find them and close them; the faster you get paid X amount of money for doing so. 

Spending an hour on the phone with someone who has zero intention of giving you money is what you DON’T want to be doing, and I’m telling you that from experience. 

Therefore you want to establish right away whether or not this person is qualified to receive the privilege of your time. 

How do you do that? 

Simple; ask them if they want what you have. 

This goes back to the “sell me this pen” lesson from the Wolf of Wall Street. 

All the amateurs tried their very very best to sell the pen WITHOUT first asking if the prospect actually needed the pen to start with. 

So when working a cold market, before everything else - ask them in a direct and sharp manner IF they are in the market for what you are selling. 

If you are selling a very complex product you may need to get clever with your pitching and focus extra hard on pain points - or focus on finding people who understand what you’re talking about. 

But as a general rule aim to disqualify them as fast as possible so you can move on to the next prospect and get closer to that moneybag. 


Number Three; Develop Unstoppable Self-Belief.

This one is very simple and its foundational for everything in life.

Believe you are great at sales and you will become great at sales! 

You must go into every call with unshakeable confidence like you own the fucking world.

Picture yourself as a CLOSING WEAPON! 

Why?

Because it is all mindset.

You need to think like a winner and act like a winner to become a winner.

This applies across the board with everything you do in life, not just sales; bet on yourself, think big and live without the limits of imaginary fear that society likes to place on us in order to keep us average. 

ZERO normal people want you to become a Fucking Boss living life to the absolute, doing all the things they wish they had the BALLS to go and do.

The majority of the world are soft like jelly and ain’t go no fire in their belly.

Don’t be like this.

Most people who are new to sales are all timid, fragile and easily killable. 

The buyer will sense this and lose confidence as a result. 

To really hit it off in sales and maintain a strong sense of self in the face of constant rejection, dickheads, and being told to fuck off - you need unshakeable self-belief that you are a G and that what you have is valuable.


Number Four; Master The Art of Frame DOMINATION

Always remember one thing and you will dominate the frame of any call; 

They need what you have MORE than you need their money. 

Understand? 

This is super important especially when selling to high status people such as executives - they think they are above everyone (because they are) so you need to come at them on their level, not from below. 

You can apply this principle to any relationship even outside of sales; the party who needs the other less ALWAYS controls the frame to a greater degree than the party who needs the other more. 

If you come across as needy and desperate on any sales call you will instantly push the prospect away because they can sense it, just like a woman can sense a needy man. 

The goal then is to be indifferent, nonchalant, visibly not giving a FUCK about whether or not they buy - because prospects always like to assume they have power over you since they make the buying decision. 

You can flip this through applying what I am talking about. 

They want to buy, then great - lock it down.

They don’t want to buy, then great - disqualify them and move on. 

Humans have evolved to pick up on subtle cues such as body language and tonality in conversation, and as a result your internal state WILL be picked up by them. 

If you come across as needy and desperate because you lack confidence and think you need their money more than they need you, they will most likely withdraw. 

If you come across as indifferent and professional because you understand this lesson, they will come into you because your frame will not repulse them.

The reality is people don’t like being sold to; in fact most people fucking hate it. 

My profession is sales and whenever someone tries to sell me something I don’t like it.

High status people such as executives ALWAYS have someone trying to sell them something.

In the modern world every motherfucker is trying to sell every other motherfucker something.

So don’t sell because it doesn’t work like it used to. 

Find the people who NEED what you have more than you need their money, and then help them make the decision to proceed in buying it. 


Final Thoughts;

Apply these four tenets of the Cock ‘n’ Balls mindset and I guarantee you will transform your sales game.

Develop a ZERO FUCKS given attitude. 

Remember that what you have is more valuable than their money. 

Believe you’re the best. 

Notice how nothing I have just spoken about is complicated, fancy or fuckin’ groundbreaking?

That’s because simplicity is king and the basics will always work.
